Welcome to Lintkart LLP ("Lintkart", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lintkart website, mobile application, and all related services offered through our platform. By accessing, browsing, registering, placing an order, or using any service provided by Lintkart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using our services immediately.

Lintkart is a fashion-commerce platform that connects customers with nearby clothing stores and enables them to discover, select, try, and purchase fashion products through our "Try Before Buy" service. Through the Platform, users can browse products available from participating partner stores located within the serviceable area determined by Lintkart. The Company facilitates product discovery, order placement, delivery, trial, returns during delivery, and payment collection.

Lintkart operates as a technology platform that connects customers with local fashion and apparel stores. Products displayed on the Platform are supplied by independent partner stores. Lintkart does not manufacture products and does not guarantee the availability of any product listed on the Platform. Product availability, pricing, sizes, colors, and delivery timelines may vary depending on inventory and location.

The Platform currently provides services within designated serviceable areas, beginning with Ghaziabad and surrounding locations. Lintkart reserves the right to expand, restrict, modify, or discontinue service availability in any area without prior notice.

Users may be required to create an account in order to place orders and access certain services. Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed through a user's account shall be deemed the responsibility of the account holder.

Lintkart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains false information, engages in fraudulent activities, abuses promotional offers, or violates these Terms.

To provide accurate store listings, delivery services, and order fulfillment, Lintkart may require access to the user's location. By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and use of location information for operational purposes, including identifying nearby stores, determining delivery eligibility, calculating service coverage, and facilitating deliveries.

All product descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and availability are provided by partner stores. While Lintkart makes reasonable efforts to display accurate information, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, sizing information, or other content are complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free.

Actual product colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography, device settings, and manufacturing differences.

Lintkart offers a unique "Try Before Buy" service that allows customers to select multiple fashion products from nearby partner stores and try them before making a final purchase decision.

Upon confirmation of an order, a Delivery Partner will collect the selected products from the respective partner stores and deliver them to the customer's designated location. The customer may inspect and try the products before deciding which items to purchase.

Customers are allowed a maximum trial period of twenty (20) minutes from the time the products are delivered. During this period, customers may examine, try, and select the products they wish to purchase.

Any products not selected for purchase must be returned immediately to the Delivery Partner during the same delivery visit. Products must remain in their original condition, free from stains, odors, damage, alterations, or signs of wear. All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.

Lintkart reserves the right to refuse future Try Before Buy services to any customer who abuses the service, repeatedly places non-serious orders, damages products, or violates these Terms.

Lintkart may charge delivery fees based on the customer's order history and purchase value.

The first eligible order placed by a customer may qualify for free delivery.

If a customer places an order and chooses not to purchase any products during the trial session, future orders may be subject to a delivery fee of INR 99.

Orders with a final purchase value of INR 999 or more may qualify for free delivery, subject to the Company's policies and promotional offers in effect at the time of purchase.

Lintkart reserves the right to modify delivery fees, minimum order requirements, promotional offers, and delivery-related charges at any time without prior notice.

Customers may cancel an order free of charge before a Delivery Partner has been assigned to the order.

Once a Delivery Partner has been assigned or has begun processing the order,

Repeated cancellations, misuse of the cancellation feature, or suspicious ordering behavior may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of a customer's account.

Payments may be made using approved payment methods available on the Platform, including UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

Customers shall only be required to pay for products they decide to purchase after the trial session. Payment must be completed immediately upon final selection of products.

Failure to complete payment for selected products may result in cancellation of future services, account suspension, legal recovery actions, or other remedies available under applicable law.

Customers may request a return of purchased products in accordance with the return policy applicable to the specific product and partner store.

Where a return request is approved, applicable delivery charges shall remain payable by the customer and may not be refundable unless otherwise specified by Lintkart.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

Lintkart reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with applicable return requirements.

Users agree to provide accurate delivery information, cooperate during delivery and trial sessions, treat products with reasonable care, behave respectfully toward Delivery Partners and store personnel, and comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies.

Users shall be financially responsible for any damage, loss, misuse, theft, or deterioration of products occurring while such products are in their possession.

Lintkart maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activities. Any attempt to misuse promotional offers, create fake accounts, place fake orders, intentionally damage products, avoid payment obligations, harass Delivery Partners, or manipulate Platform operations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover losses arising from fraudulent activities or violations of these Terms.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, designs, text, images, content, branding materials, and other intellectual property associated with Lintkart are the exclusive property of Lintkart LLP or its licensors.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used without prior written consent from Lintkart.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lintkart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, delivery delays, product availability issues, technical interruptions, third-party actions, or customer decisions regarding purchases.

The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of information necessary for account management, order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Lintkart reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform, services, or these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
