Cancellations made 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges as per our cancellation policy.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time for departures, and following all safety guidelines and regulations.
Ferrywala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
