1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Same-day cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

3. Weather Cancellations

In case of weather-related cancellations by Ferrywala, passengers are entitled to a full refund or can reschedule their trip at no additional cost.

4. No-Show Policy

Passengers who fail to show up for their scheduled departure without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds.
