• Providing the Try Before Buy service.
• Coordinating deliveries through Delivery Partners.

• Preventing fraud and unauthorized activities.
• Improving Platform performance and user experience.

We use only the information necessary to provide and improve our services.

Our Platform relies on location information to provide nearby store recommendations and delivery services.

When location permissions are granted, we may collect and process your real-time location data to identify partner stores within your service area and facilitate order delivery.

You may disable location permissions through your device settings. However, certain Platform features may not function properly if location access is denied.

Lintkart currently supports payment methods including UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD).

For digital payments, transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Lintkart does not store complete banking information, debit card details, credit card information, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party payment providers used during transactions.

Lintkart does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information only when necessary to provide our services, including:

• Partner Stores for order fulfillment.
• Delivery Partners for product delivery and returns.
• Payment service providers for payment processing.
• Technology service providers assisting Platform operations.

Accounts involved in suspicious activities may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes relating to privacy matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
